Our Story
How Wirespark began.
Established in 2022, Wirespark is a startup MSP & ISP company that provides broadband internet and VoIP [Voice over Internet Protocol] services to MSME, SME, Enterprise and Residential customers. It also provides consulting services, designs and builds enterprise LAN/WAN voice and data networks, and more.
Throughout our infancy stage, we agreed to counter the ISP problems that we faced in-country as unreliable broadband internet speeds, internet and voice affordability and internet availability that we saw lacking in the industry. Software Defined Network coupled with Cloud technology solutions was the way to counter those problems. It was time to put those ideas into action and the result is the establishment of Wirespark in November 2022.

The name "Wirespark" is a nod to our evolution as telecommunications engineers who have transitioned from an analog world to a digital one. We're a startup founded by experienced Papua New Guinean professionals who have played a key role in advancing the country's telecommunications infrastructure.

Our logo reflects our deep
connection to PNG, featuring the colours of the national flag - red,
yellow, and black. It also symbolizes the importance of staying
connected and the excitement of innovative technology. The spiralling
lines in our logo represent the interdependence of different wires,
coming together to create a seamless connection, while the black or
white star in the centre represents the energy and potential of a spark
igniting something new and transformative.
